Can I import from Poland?
Yes, we are able to import your shipment directly to the UK from anywhere in Poland. Prices start at just £9.99, but please enter the weight and dimensions of your packages into our online quote form for a more accurate price for your specific needs.
How long does it take to deliver to Poland?
Shipment times vary based on the type of service (for example, air services are generally quicker than road ones), but parcels are generally delivered somewhere between 1 and 6 days, depending on your chosen service and their weights/dimensions.
What should I do if I miss my parcel collection time?
Should your parcel collection fail for any reason, please send an email to one of our Bookings Team at [email protected] to request a rebooking. We will do all we can to help.
Will the parcel recipient have to pay any extra fees?
Unfortunately, in most cases import taxes and charges will be applied to your shipment when received in Poland. This is common to all couriers, and not specific to shipments sent through WPS.
How do I track my parcel?
Tracking a parcel to Poland is simple! Just keep the emails that we have sent you as the tracking code for the parcel will be on them and then use our tracker tool at the top of our website to see a full log of your shipment's journey.
What labels should I use on my parcel?
Please only use the labels that we send you and do not use any labels or forms brought in by the collection driver. Doing so will likely result in your shipment being held at customs or possibly even returned.
Do you offer cover for high value items in the event of loss or damage?
Yes, every shipment sent through us is automatically covered for up to £100! But cover for up to £10,000 can be purchased for an additional cost during the booking process. Please see our pricing table for additional cover for up-to-date rates.
Do you do home delivery?
Yes, all of the couriers that we use will deliver your package to the recipients door. There are 2 types of pickup services available - home collection, where the courier will collect your packages from either your home or workplace, or drop-off, allowing you to leave your packages at a local shop.
How can I pay for your parcel services?
At the checkout stage, you can pay by either debit/credit card or PayPal. Card payments are processed by Opayo, an internationally renowned payment gateway. However, if you are unable to pay by either of these methods, please contact one of our friendly team members and we will arrange for you to pay by bank transfer.
Can I send heavy parcels to Poland?
Yes, we can send parcels all the way up to 500kg via our website, but please note that items over 70 kilos need to be crated or palletised. If you need to send a shipment that exceeds this weight, please still get in touch as we will still be likely able to help.

Brexit
As you will be aware, the UK left the EU on the 31st December 2020. This means there are some changes that you need to be aware of when sending a parcel to Poland.
One change is that all shipments from the UK to EU countries now require a commercial/pro forma invoice. When you ship to Poland with WPS, we will automatically create these and send them electronically to the courier. If you are shipping as a business, you will need to provide your EORI number.
