The sevice provided by Worldwide Parcel Services Ltd was very good. It was relatively easy to book online and my parcel, which was to be sent to Hong Kong, was collected when they said it would be. The parcel was safely delivered to Hong Kong and the only minor problem was I had not provided a correct contact number for my son, who was the recipient of the parcel, but this was easily resolved. I was also impressed with the tracking information, which was very detailed.

I found that WPL parcel service was straight forward to use and very helpful. The door to door service was excellent for me, I was sending a package from the UK to spain. I was able to track the package all the way. Excellent and I would definately use this service again and thoroughly recommend this carrier.

Easy to use and seamless process
Sent a small parcel to a friend in Norway and this service was ridiculously easy to use. There's a fair bit of paperwork involved as with normal couriers so you will need to have access to a printer. Particularly during Covid, the fact that it was a door to door service meant no waiting in long queues with people bunched up together at the post office. The price was also very competitive and I think cheaper than what the local post office parcel service was offering with tracking (I took the economy option that operated with DHL). I would recommend this service and use it again when the need arises.
