Good service at competitive price

Shipped parcel to Ireland, delivered within quoted timeframe and was competitively priced. Tracking whilst in UK was excellent but could only see it arriving in Ireland and then that it had been delivered, Collection could only give a day to be picked up, would have been better if could have given say two hour pick up slot which would save waiting in for whole day. Also labels for package were not received till day of collection rather than within hour of booking as stated on confirmation email

Fast, efficient, good value!

It travelled from Ireland to Singapore in 3 days. I thought it would take longer so arrived before we got there ourselves! They contacted us to reschedule the delivery - we didn't even have to go pick it up. Superb service from door to door!

Excelent service.

Paid half a price of what Post Office was trying to charge me. The parcel was collected from my office same day and delivered to Ireland in 3 days. Will definitely use this service again.

Very quick deliveries

I was so pleased with the first collection and delivery from UK to Ireland, the collection was one day and arrived the next morning in Ireland. That is why I used them again, still not disappointed with service the second time. The only criticism would be is the collection can be anytime from 9am to 5pm. It would be better if you were told morning or afternoon or between certain hours.

Oe of the very best online booking agents I've used

Having received a 20% off email notification if a booking was made between Friday and Sunday, as luck would have it, I sold a camera/lens kit on evilBay so thought I would see if WPS could be as competitive to one of my more favoured parcel courier booking agents. Simply put, it turned out that WPS was one of the very best online booking agents I've used (trust me, I've used almost all of them). Like most online booking agents, the procedure is very simple and offers a variety of payment options, though like ALL courier/carriers (including the Post Office, ALWAYS check both the restricted and phohibited items lists before booking as not all items will be carried, and even if they are carried, they may not qualify for insurance (as is the case for restricted goods), so don't pay for additional insurance when you can't make a claim. If you're not already an account holder, apart from WPS, you should also open a free TopcashBack account (it's free) as WPS is listed on them and by clicking-through, you get just over 5% in rebate, so it's an additional saving . . and it's free money which adds up over time! DHL were the courier for my recent booking for a parcel to the Republic of Ireland which was collected Monday afternoon and was delivered on Wednesday morning, plus you get full online tracking on both the WPS and DHL websites, you can sign-up for updates for your parcel's progress and a signature on delivery. All in all, a low cost solution with a top shelf courier and superb bang for buck, so I have no reservation in recommending WPS to anyone.
