Parcel from Kendal UK to Melbourne Australia

Faultless from start to finish. We followed simple instructions, had the parcel picked up 1pm Monday and it was delivered to Melbourne 9am on the Friday, If my daughter had been in she would have received it at 2pm on the Thursday. They contacted her and arranged the next day.

That's impressive!

2 days for a parcel to get from Falmouth, England to Melbourne, Australia. Wish we could do it as quickly when we travel out there!

Would use again

I was given a window for collection of between 9.00am and 5.00pm, so when the Courier arrived at 5.15pm, I wasn't too impressed. However, he gave a reasonable explanation and as the parcel arrived only 4 days later in Australia with no further hassle, then I am very pleased with the service and I would use again.
