Could not fault this service

Could not fault this service. Sent a substantial parcel of books to Australia. They were collected on Thursday and arrived in Australia the following Tuesday. Having posted out, by royal mail individually, books to 10 other EU countries the same day, Australia's arrived first !! Superb service, easy to book, no hassle collection from home, would definitely recommend and use again
