pleased with service but very unhappy the consignee was charged by DHL in South Africa

Can't fault the Uk end of the service. Using this service to SA is cheaper than Royal Mail but the service in SA was poor. The local DHL office in Johannesburg failed to get hold of the consignee. I must say the local depot in the UK were excellent and gave excellent advice to sort out the problem but I am not pleased the local DHL office then imposed a charge on the consignee.

Superfast Superb Satisfaction Service

Can't believe how efficient Worldwide Parcel Services from start to finish, within 3 days of collecting from home(UK) to home (USA) and not having to worry that the package would get lost or stolen and most of all a very happy grand daughter received her birthday present. Last year I sent the parcel through the post office and she didn't receive it so was so relieved to use Worldwide Parcels who I have used before to send parcels to South Africa to another grand daughter!! Well done Worldwide Parcels I have been recommending you to family & friends

Outstanding service

HI - I just wanted to send a HUGE thank you to all staff that were involved in collection and delivery of my parcel from Plymouth England to Hermanus South Africa. The box was crammed full of very fragile, very very delicate Lilliput Lane houses. The box arrived in perfect condition. Your outstanding service and care taken with my parcel is GREATLY appreciated and is definately to be commended. Many many thanks.

Efficient and Valu for Money Service.

I recently needed to send a parcel to a Charity in South Africa. I wanted a fast and trackable service, but I also wanted a low price. I researched the option on the internet and Worldwide Parcel Services was definitely the best value - the question was whether it would be reliable. I need not have worried - it arrived when they said it would and I could track it each day. I would definitely recommend. Adrian Ford
