When can my parcel be collected?
If you order your parcel to the Netherlands before noon, Worldwide Parcel Services will have a courier collect your parcel that same day from 95% of the UK. If you order later than this, your courier will be with you the next working day.
How big can my parcel to the Netherlands be?
We can take almost any size parcel to the Netherlands, including individual weights of items up to 500 kilos. Please note that large parcels that exceed 70 kilos in weight have to be placed in a crate or palletised.
What items are restricted for import?
There are a number of items that cannot be shipped into the Netherlands, including:- Goods containing high amounts of cadmium; animals, birds or embryos of any animal, melatonin, milk powder, perfumes, aerosols, fish products, poultry and flour/meal of an animal origin, motorbike helmets and even certain rubber based products like rubber tubing.
Do you operate drop-off services to the Netherlands?

Who pays the customs fees for my parcel to the Netherlands?
