Other major parks like Universal Studios, SeaWorld and many others followed and based themselves around International Drive. Today some 51 million visitors descend on Orlando and contribute massively to the economy. The central part of Orlando is home to some 71 skyscrapers and industry has expanded with the area having a large hi tech and software business. The aircraft and aerospace business is extremely important and mainly major companies are based in the area.
This is a city that works throughout the year and the climate keeps people coming throughout the year, although the best time is in the winter and this means an all year demand for the parcel industry.
