As you will be aware, the UK left the EU on the 31st December 2020. This means there are some changes that you need to be aware of when sending a parcel to France.

One change is that all shipments from the UK to EU countries will require a commercial/pro forma invoice. When you book a parcel to France with WPS, we will automatically create these and send them electronically to the courier. If you are shipping as a business, you will need to provide your EORI number.

You will not be charged VAT by us when booking your shipments, however, this and other fees may be payable by the receiver in the destination country. For more information about Brexit and what that means for your parcel, read our full guidance here.
