Used WPS before. The same great service.

We have used WPS before, and were very pleased with how easy it is to book. Also, the tracking is excellent, and the delivery times are realistic. Goods get cleared quickly through customs.

Shipment to Australia

Positive: Process easy to follow with clear instructions; Efficient and timely pick-up; Detailed tracking information throughout; Package in A1 condition on delivery. Negative: Considerably slower than a previous shipment; 2 days / 3 Sort Facilities before leaving Europe, resulting in delivery being outside the service guide time. On balance, would recommend and will use again.

I can not believe how fast and…

I can not believe how fast and efficient this service was, it was amazing. Collected from a private address, it was delivered by road (as needed for this package) faster than an air package sent at the same time. There is no hesitation I would use this company again.

best courier company 100% recommended

I have tried numerous couriers in the past few years sending parcels to my family in New Zealand and within the UK. I cannot find any faults with this courier service at all. Everything from booking a delivery to customer service is excellent and delivery is fast and parcels always in great condition ( not had that with other couriers) tracking is brilliant . Cannot find a fault a whosoever. Even customer services in New Zealand keep me updated and respond with any queries but they are rare events
