Reviews Reviews for documents to Norway

Pleased with the service

The parcel was picked up within the allocated time and delivered so much quicker than by normal post, plus a great deal cheaper.

Amazing price

Amazing price. Posted a 4kg box to Norway. Arrived within days. Bit of a pain having to list every single thing, incl weight and what it's made of but this ensures it gets through customs without a hitch. Would definitely use again.

Great price

Great price , just unfortunate ended up using DHL who tried to levy a £100 customs surcharge. When challenged in Norway, customs duty agreed was mistake

This service was excellent- I needed to…

This service was excellent- I needed to send a package to Norway and this was achieved effortlessly with confidence and at excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to you.

WPS Excellent as before but DHL left a lot to be desired.

I've given this 5* for WPS's part. DHL's part would rate 1* at best - for speed. On 19 Apr I sent two parcels (gifts) to Norway. The paperwork is a little more detailed post Brexit but all went smoothly - pick-up as planned and tracking all the way. Unfortunately DHL in Norway somehow lost(?) the detailed invoice (which clearly showed two parcels to two different family members) and sent her a combined invoice which just listed the contents of both parcels - even though I'd written the names of the recipients several times on each parcel!. My daughter was charged hefty customs duty etc because they reckoned the shipment was over the NOK1000 limit...except the limit should have been NOK2000 and even then, it wasn't over. After she sent them a copy of the correct invoice which showed there were two parcels, two recipients and separate lists (each under NOK1000), they said 'oh yes, you're right' but then said she'd have to pay anyway because the shipping costs took the shipment over the limit. She wasn't convinced and checked with Norwegian customs, who confirmed that shipping costs are not part of the NOK 1000, so back to DHL who again said 'yes, you're correct' and promised to refund her - she's still waiting :-( Excellent service from WPS but very poor from DHL this time round. They should train their employees better!
