Having never sent a parcel to Spain before I was not sure which courier to use so I looked on Martin Lewis's money saving expert website and he recommended you, so that's why I chose WPS and I wasn't disappointed. Parcel was picked up from my wifes work at 13.30 on Monday and was delivered in Barcelonda on 13.30 on Thursday . A brilliant service at much chaper than the post office or DHL at Rymans. Helpful staff at other end of the telephone I would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

I just wanted to get in touch to say how impressed I was with your service on the above shipment.Your website is easy to use to get quotes. The paperwork is sent through promptly and when I needed to ring with a couple of queries, your staff answering the phone were courteous and helpful to a fault. Including this morning when I rang to ay I wanted to get in touch to say how pleased I was. Customer service really matters and you're getting it right. I believe it matters to tell you that. Goodness knows people are quick to complain about things... Many thanks for your great service.

We needed a service that did not even exist (Spain to St Lucia) but Worldwide Parcel Service Custom created a service for us and split the shipment from Spain to the UK adn to St Lucia. To make matters worse the package was already in a DHL Warehouse in Spain due to our supplier being away on holiday. The on-line tracking worked superbly adn was easy to use, we are located in a very rural area of south west France and often deliveries can be un-reliable and difficult but on this occasionthe driver went out of this way to make his deliver and even called afterwards to check all OK.
