When sending to Spain, you must never send an item without packaging.

You cannot ship an item in shrink-wrap, clingfilm or plastic bags, even if it is an awkward shape.

Also, you should not just wrap carboard around it.

Packaging advice

Find a box that is large enough to fit the item.

Boxes should be square/rectangular.

Fill any space inside the box with packaging material, such as polystyrene chips, so that the item cannot move within the box and the box cannot become misshapen.

Do not wrap the cardboard box with shrink-wrap or bags, as this affects how the parcels move on the sorting conveyors.

Not following this advice can cause delays, damage and incur surcharges that you will be billed for.
