Covid-19 Service update
URGENT UPDATE 20/12/20 - Port of Dover closed for 2 days as France and many other EU countries have stopped accompanied freight travelling into the country. This will cause long delays for any shipments collected from the 17/12/20 onwards as Freight traffic builds up, especially this close to Xmas. Shipments to the Republic of Ireland are also affected.
From now until 4th January only UK Domestic and AIR services will be available.
Currently, delivery services are taking several days longer than the advertised estimated transit times shown due to the massive upsurge in shipments at Christmas coupled with the ongoing Covid issues, especially with regard to the severely reduced numbers of flights.
We are now in Tier 4 and most of our office staff are working from home. Therefore we will now only be dealing with enquiries via email until the 4th January (please see Christmas opening times on our contact us page). We are still monitoring emails as normal and you will receive replies to your queries in the usual speedy manner.
Many of the couriers have PDT's and you would usually sign on the screen of these. Drivers will usually just leave your parcels and enter the name of the recipient for you until further notice.
