On our home page, you'll find a quick and easy to use parcel tracking feature. Part of our parcel service is to ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, from start to finish, and that you're able to know where your parcel is, at any given moment. Whether your parcel is half way around the world on it's way to being delivered in Australia or Japan, or whether it's already made it to its destination, you're able to find that information in just a couple of clicks.
Straight from our home page, find our 'Parcel Tracker', and enter your tracking code. Click on Track my Parcel and immediately you'll be able to find out exactly where in the world your parcel will be.
For each method of parcel delivery comes a different tracking code, so it's important to know where you're looking, and what sort of number you're looking for. After all, a delivery invoice can tend to be full of figures and codes, you need to know where to look. Your tracking code will be sent to you via email when you confirm the order, but you'll also find the same code on your delivery note, which will be handed to you by the driver when your parcel is collected. See below to determine the type of tracking code you need to enter, depending on the parcel service you're using:
DHL UK: A 10 digit number, under the barcode of your Airway Bill. Also emailed.
DHL Euro Road: A 19 digit number, starting in JJD. Also emailed.
DHL International: A 10 digit number, under the barcode of your Airway Bill. Also emailed.
DPD European: A 9 digit number, under the barcode on the Waybill. Also emailed.
