Maximum size and weight of parcels
Our parcel delivery is subject to a certain size and weight limitations. We cater for all size and weights of parcels, but those over a certain size or weight have to be checked with us before delivery can be confirmed. You can call or email us to get a quote for a larger or heavier parcel delivery.
For DPD, our maximum size and weight is as follows:
Max Weight: 20kg
Max Length: 100cm
Max Width: 270cm
For DHL, our maximum size and weight is as follows:
Max Weight: 250kg
Max Length: 230cm
Delivery of parcels which are over these limits without are knowledge will have a surchage applied, but give us a call or an email and we'll be happy to give you a quote for even the largest and heaviest of parcels!
